About Valor Systems, Inc.
Valor Systems, Inc. is a privately held company dedicated to providing the most innovative and reliable Public Safety software solutions to first responders throughout North America. Corporate Headquarters are located at 1415 W. 22nd Street, Tower Floor, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523.
Founded in 1994 by William A. Rendina, Valor Systems entered the Public Safety market, specializing in small to medium-size agencies. The company spent over 24 months in the research and development stage before delivering its first release of CAD. This R&D proved beneficial to the design of our applications, as well as the selection of the proper development tools. In 1995 the company introduced a multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional CAD system that enhanced dispatcher efficiency and performance. Initial company growth was fueled by the success of VALOR CAD™, a product designed by founder, William A. Rendina, and the chief software engineer, John R. Reilly.
Sales began in late 1995 with installations beginning in early 1996. With the initial acceptance of VALOR CAD, the company expanded its software engineering department to design a more complete dispatch system and Law Enforcement Records Management System, ValorRMS, with the best price/performance value for small to medium-size public safety agencies.
Valor Systems has several important competitive advantages:
