Rather than developing silo applications which simply “interface” or even “integrate” between themselves, Valor believes a “true” Incident management System should be “one” system; starting with the 911 data feed or officer initiation, through the final dispatch disposition, incident report via mobile or in-house, and arrest. Simply put, the incident starts with minimal location data and nature of call, and extends through the entire process offering tremendous efficiencies in managing the incident.
