Products

We listen, we learn, we deliver.

As consumers, we are drawn to products and services that offer an exceptional “user experience”.  Valor has listened to users from around the country in various agencies to learn what is important for the ultimate user experience.  In response, we deliver the most flexible, adaptable public safety system that provides your agency with extreme operational efficiencies;  an innovative, eye pleasing user interface with extended functionality through minimal steps.

VALOR IMS provides scalability, configurability and buildability. It incorporates “user-defined” fields to handle ever-changing public safety requirements.  The configurability throughout VALOR IMS allows an agency to build and configure a system to meet their needs, yet maintain those configured requirements even when system upgrades become available.

Valor Incident Management System - Overview

System Description

Valor Systems applications have been installed in various customer locations since 1995.  Since the first implementation of VALOR CAD™, our applications have matured from a small agency Computer Aided Dispatch system into an enterprise-wide multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional, multi-application integrated suite of public safety programs, the Valor Incident Management System, consisting of the following modules:

  • VALOR CAD
  • ValorRMS (Police Records Management)
  • ValorMOBILE (Silent Dispatch and Field Reporting)

VALOR INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM™

Valor has taken a unique approach in designing our Incident Management System.  Rather than developing silo applications which simply “interface” or even “integrate” between themselves, Valor believes a “true” Incident management System should be “one” system; starting with the 911 data feed or officer initiation, through the final dispatch disposition, incident report via mobile or in-house, and arrest.  Simply put, the incident starts with minimal location data and nature of call, and extends through the entire process offering tremendous efficiencies in managing the incident.

This approach has become well received by agencies of various profiles, simplifying data entry and reducing redundant operations.  Valor’s approach is to consider “a user is a user”, rather than segmenting the application out between various departments or roles within the agency.  Whether you are in a dispatch role or a first responder in the field, the entire Valor IMS extends out to users in their respective roles

VALOR imSaaS™  . . . INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM as a SERVICE

In response to a challenging economy, Valor has launched a program to fulfill the needs of public safety agencies based on a monthly “per user” fee.  Rather than the  traditional premise-based CAD and Records Systems, Valor now offers the Incident Management System as a Service, (imSaaS™).

VALOR imSaaS initiates a new trend for public safety agencies by . . .

  1. Eliminating large upfront software expenditures.
  2. Minimizing capital outlay for hardware and hardware maintenance.
  3. Eliminating costs associated with hardware obsolescence.
  4. Eliminating network and database management.
  5. Receiving all updates immediately via the network.
  6. Accessing and disbursing information efficiently.
  7. Depending on high application availability with secured access.
  8. Reducing your technology burden.
  9. Eliminating the long bidding process.
