“I have been working with Valor System’s CAD/RMS software for the last 15 years. My experience with the software has been great. I enjoy the ease of use and the ability to configure it to our departments needs. Its modular design and useful features like the “link window” help to put the information you are looking for in one easy to find place.
It boasts great reporting that can also be tailored to our need for statistical information. I love the ability to be able to export our reports to a Word, Excel, or even a PDF file for ease of sending through e-mail.
We look forward to utilizing Valor Systems Mobile software for the patrol officers in the field.
Valor Systems support is great and have worked with me to improve our day to day use of the software. There is not much we have asked from Valor Systems software that it has not been able to do for our department.”
